Organic Intelligence

Organic Intelligence® (OI) is a personal and professional practice of human empowerment, resiliency, and compassion. From a systems science perspective, our program observes that what’s wrong with therapy is the focus on what’s wrong — including the focus on trauma. For our traumatized minds and emotions, it is not by dredging up the past, and not through pain. Instead of therapists’ focusing on what’s wrong, we can point ourselves toward the goodness and constant healing help arising from our own being. In learning this new language of biological re-organization, we can catalyze the only sensible healing intelligence—that which arises from deep within our nature. This is Trauma Safe™, and your Organic Intelligence®. Empowering Compassion--

Our Mission is to mentor, empower, train and collaborate. Organic Intelligence® invokes the natural, largely untapped capacity for healing, virtue and improved performance. The resulting emergence of kindness, wisdom and insight guides our community towards caring for all life on the planet. Organic Intelligence is a Compassion Enterprise. In these unprecedented days we are dedicating ourselves to providing resources to meet the needs of those in fear, loss, stress, trauma and grief. Copyright © 2020 Hoskinson Consulting Inc.
