Sometimes the best conversations happen while walking side by side.

Souls on the Trail is a mentoring and hiking program open to the public, offering connection and encouragement for people experiencing grief, trauma, anxiety, or loneliness.

Together, we hit local trails, spend time outdoors, talk about practical life skills and healthy coping strategies, and discover how moving forward, one step at a time, can make a difference.

🥾 First and third Thursdays of each month at 11 AM
⛅️ Weather permitting

Want to join the next hike on October 15? Contact Hope in the Mountains for the upcoming trail location:

You don't have to be an experienced hiker. Just come ready to walk, connect, and spend some time outdoors.

Families in our community deserve opportunities that set their children up for success, and you can be part of that story.

Programs like Pathways to Success and DaySpring Camp offer children a safe, welcoming place to learn and grow, all at no cost to their families. From meals to meaningful activities, every detail is made possible through generosity.

When you give, you’re helping create memories, build confidence, and support families who need it most.

Your gift makes these moments possible.
