Happy Saturday Jr Cats Family!

Here are a few reminders; over the next few weeks our secretary will be sending out individual emails to everyone with what still needs to be turned in for your athlete. All remaining items need to be turned in on or before clinic day July 18th. If your athlete still has outstanding items on clinic day, they will not be able to participate until all paperwork is turned in!

Here are the following items that need to be turned in for clinic day:

•Birth Certificate (new athletes only)
•Grade Verification(this can be report card, progress report or aeries screen shot)
•$300 Volunteer Deposit postdated for 10/1/2026
•2026 Dated Physical
•Concussion Signature Form
•Heat Illness Form
•Cardiac Form
•Release of Liabilty
•Parent/Athlete Code of Conduct
•Internet Code of Conduct
•Playtime Acknowledgment
•Media Release Waiver

All forms can be found on our website under parent information!

If your cheerleader was not able to make it to cheer fittings or signed up after fittings happened, make up fittings will be tomorrow, May 21st at 6pm at Mother Lode Dance Academy in Studio B!

The last football uniform fitting is Sunday May 17th from 10-12 at Jamestown Elementary! Please make sure you attend this fitting if you’re athlete has not been fitted for their football uniform!
