📣 Foothill Fathers is starting soon!
Join us beginning Monday, October 12th from 6:00–7:30 PM at Sozo Church in the Youth Building for Foothill Fathers — a 4-week Christian fatherhood mentorship program designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen dads in every season of fatherhood.
Whether you are an expectant father, a brand-new dad, or have been a father for years, this program is for you. Come connect with other men, gain practical tools, grow in confidence, and be encouraged in the important role you have in your family.

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month a time to remember the precious babies whose lives, no matter how brief, left a lasting imprint on the hearts of those who love them. 🤍

Foothill Pregnancy Center invites our community to join us for the International Wave of Light Vigil on:

🕯️ Thursday, October 15, 2026
🕡 Gathering begins at 6:30 PM
📍 Foothill Pregnancy Center

At 7:00 PM local time, candles will be lit around the globe for exactly one hour, creating a beautiful Wave of Light encircling the earth over 24 hours in remembrance of babies lost through pregnancy and infancy.

We remember families who have experienced miscarriage, chemical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, blighted ovum/anembryonic pregnancy, missed miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, infant loss, SIDS/SUID, loss related to premature birth, birth defects or medical complications, and other forms of pregnancy or infant loss.

Every loss matters. Every baby is remembered. Every family’s grief deserves compassion and space to be honored. 🤍

During our vigil, we will gather in love, remembrance, prayer, and hope.

🤍 If you desire, send us your child’s name, and it will be read aloud during our event.

A 4-Week Christian Fatherhood Mentorship Program
Fatherhood comes with responsibility, challenges, questions, and incredible purpose. You do not have to figure it all out alone.
Foothill Fathers is a supportive four-week mentorship program designed to equip men with practical tools, biblical encouragement, and meaningful connection as they grow in their role as fathers.
Whether you are an expectant dad, a new father, an experienced dad, or a father working through challenges, this program is for you.
Over 4 Weeks, We’ll Focus On:
WEEK 1 — BE PRESENT
Understanding your influence, your purpose, and the kind of father you want to become.
WEEK 2 — BE PREPARED
Practical parenting skills, understanding your child, connection, boundaries, and discipline.
WEEK 3 — LEAD WITH LOVE
Communication, relationships, managing stress and anger, healthy co-parenting, and leading through service.
WEEK 4 — BUILD A LEGACY
Faith, responsibility, family traditions, personal goals, and creating a lasting impact on your children.
You’ll Leave With:
- Practical fatherhood tools
- Biblical encouragement
- Better communication skills
- Greater confidence as a dad
- A personal fatherhood action plan
- Connection with other fathers and mentors
- Ongoing support beyond the four-week program
You Don’t Have to Be a Perfect Dad.

Exciting News from Foothill Pregnancy Center!

This October, we are launching Foothill Fathers — a new 4-week Christian mentorship program created to encourage, equip, and strengthen men in their role as fathers.

Whether a man is preparing to become a dad, is new to fatherhood, or simply wants support and practical tools to become a stronger, more intentional father, Foothill Fathers is a place to learn, grow, connect, and be encouraged.

Over four weeks, men will explore practical fatherhood skills, healthy relationships, communication, leadership, faith, responsibility, and the lasting impact a father can have on his family.
