🐞 Buggin’ Out Summer Camp registration is now open!

Join us July 21–23 for hands-on bug adventures, nature exploration, games, crafts, and up-close encounters with amazing creepy crawlies at Eaton Hill Nature Center!

Camp is open to students ages 7–12 who have completed 1st grade. Spots fill quickly, so register early! Cost is $35 per camper.

Memorial Day, first known as Decoration Day is a day of reflection and gratitude. The flag is lowered at sunrise in honor of all who lost their lives in service to our country. At noon, the flag is raised in solemn resolve to honor those sacrifices and continue to uphold and protect our foundational freedoms.
There is a National Moment of Remembrance held at 3:00pm that all can pause to observe.
We will be raising the flag at noon - all are welcome to join.

Eaton Hill loved hosting a wonderful group of first graders and another great group of fourth and fifth graders last week! 🎒🚌
Their excitement, curiosity, and great questions made the visits so much fun for our staff and volunteers! Thank you to the teachers and chaperones for bringing such an amazing group of kids. We hope everyone had fun exploring, learning new things, and making special memories outdoors. We hope to see you again down the road!

Eaton Hill Nature Center is THRILLED to share that we will be featured on The Daytripper, a Texas travel show hosted by Chet Garner. It highlights unique destinations, local history, and hidden gems across the state, encouraging viewers to explore Texas one day trip at a time. We are proud to be included among these featured locations. The Sonora episode airs today on PBS Austin, all PBS stations on Saturday (May 9th), and YouTube beginning on Monday (May 11th).
