Come join this April for an immersive, hands-on workshop in the field.
Learn how to transform herbs from farm to formula as we gather around the table to create your own small apothecary. This is the first class in their seasonal herbal series, with a focus on herbal first aid.
Together, you’ll craft:

• a muscle relief oil (for tired and sore muscles)
• a skin repair salve (for bumps and scrapes)
• a soothing herbal balm (for stings+ things)

They will guide you through each step of the process—from raw plant material to finished product—while sipping warm herbal tea and working in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Slow down, connect with the land, and leave with a deeper understanding of everyday herbal care.

You’ll take home:
• your handcrafted remedies
• a step-by-step maker’s guide
• an herbal garden starter plant
• a seasonal herbal alchemy card

About the experience:
Set outdoors at True Grass Farms, this workshop is designed to be both practical and restorative—blending herbal education with a relaxed, nature-based setting.
Perfect for beginners and anyone interested in natural skincare, herbal remedies, or learning how to work with plants in a meaningful way.

Last month’s Community Hike was sunny, inspiring, and beautiful. The best part…the community ☺️.

We meditated overlooking the tree-line, set intentions, and connected with each other. 🦅 🌞 🌲 ✨

Featured at the conference.

Photo 1) The Indigenous Panel: Listening to Wisdom Keepers, Casey Camp-Horinek—Indigenous Elder of the Ponca tribe of Oklahoma—communicates that we need to let indigenous women “lead the way back to the future.” 💖💖💖. The honorable and respected Oren Lyons—Chief of Onondaga and the Grand Council of the Iroquois Confederacy—states, “we are in the days of prophecy.” 🦅

Photo 2) Dr. Suzanne Simard has been ostracized for her work on Finding the Mother Tree. She has been called “dangerous”, “a mystic”, “not a real scientist”, and has been accused of academic misconduct. For what…challenging patriarchal interpretations of data!?!

IMPORTANT!
Please note: these interpretations are mine and the photo of the honorable Casey Camp Horinek and Oren Lyons was taken after the audience received verbal permission from all four panelists. 🙏
