He was described as having an encyclopedic mind for sports statistics and was beyond passionate about his teams. He was also passionate about his friends and experience at Culver Academies Summer Camp. A member of Naval Two (Super2), Michael is described by his friends at Culver as a loyal leader who was kind to everyone. Michael would have graduated First Class in July of 2016 after completing three years of summer camp at Culver. On the fourth day of camp, Michael played in his company’s basketball game, made the winning shot and passed away after the game due to sudden cardiac arrest. Michael left a legacy at the tender age of 16 that has touched many lives. His life has truly made ours better and he will be forever loved and forever missed.
