✨ July Wrap-Up at the Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club! ✨

July was a month of giving back and celebrating our 125 years of community service! ❤️

🎒 Club members Jody Leeds, Faye Mellos, and Mary Fuller joined volunteers from across Sonoma Valley to pack school supply backpacks for more than 500 local students. It was a fun and heartwarming afternoon—and a wonderful reminder of the caring community we are proud to be part of.

📺 The Woman’s Club Makes the News!
Our President, Victoria Mann, was interviewed by KTVU Channel 2 News on Sonoma Plaza, sharing the story of our Club’s 125 years of service and its lasting impact on Sonoma. From helping transform the Plaza into the beautiful park it is today to securing funding from Andrew Carnegie for Sonoma’s first public library, our history is woven into the fabric of this community.

What a fantastic turnout for SVWC Bingo Night Sonoma Springs Brewing Company ! 🎉

🍎 Our First Membership Mixer

Our very first Membership Mixer at Pomme Cider was a wonderful evening of connecting with fellow members in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to cider bar + tinned fish + bottle shop for hosting us. We enjoyed delicious locally crafted cider, great conversation, and the opportunity to strengthen our Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club community. We look forward to many more mixers to come!

The Sonoma Valley Women’s Club Foundation is excited to announce a fun evening of Bingo on July 1st at Sonoma Springs, beginning at 6:30 PM!!!

We welcomed Deux Punx tonight. They started in 2006 as a small garage project in San Francisco and since grown into a Napa-based operation. They source fruit from organic andbiodynamic growers and focus on minimal intervention in the cellar. All wines are native fermented, with no added yeasts, enzymes, or additives, aside from a small amount of sulfur at bottling. 👍Thank you for pouring tonight at our Meet and Greet which happens on the 2nd Thursday of each month. ⬆️Check out the link in our bio for more information on future Meet and Greets!

May Wrap-Up 🌷

May was a month of community connections and meaningful conversations for the Sonoma Valley Woman’s Club.

We were honored to welcome Sandy Sanchez, Programs Director, and Dennis Agnos, Development Director from La Luz Center, who shared insights into the important work being done at La Luz, current community needs, and ways we can support their mission.

We also celebrated the SVWC Foundation being recognized as the Tuesday Night Market Nonprofit Spotlight, along with a live interview on our local radio station 91.3 KSVY. What a wonderful opportunity to share our history, mission, and impact with the broader community.

Thank you to our members, volunteers and supporters who continue to make a difference. We look forward to all that summer has in store!
