The Sonoma Valley High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse team hosts the FIRST HOME NCS PLAYOFF GAME in program history tonight under the lights.

It was a packed field of girls teams today!

Not only did we have some of our 12U players help our 8’s and 10’s but we got the special the treat of practicing next to our .lax teams who are 9-1 as they head into a stretch of home games starting tmw! JV at 5, Varsity at 7p against Windsor at SVHS!

Today our 12U boys had a strong scrimmage against Napa. Competing against another program gives the players a chance to apply what we’re working on in practice at real game speed with full refs, live transitions, and true competition.

It’s one of the best ways to build confidence, sharpen decision-making, and identify what we need to refine before the season gets underway. The boys competed hard and represented Sonoma well.
