Teen Services Sonoma Teen Services Sonoma - Employing Teens. Empowering Dreams.

In collaboration with schools, local businesses, and other youth serving agencies we provide employment and career resources and life skills support. Our programs include the operation of micro businesses, work readiness training, on-the-job-training, and job placement services. Our process allows teens to gain practical, on-the-job experience, helping to prepare them for meaningful careers in trades, occupations, professions, and small-business ownership.

Delicious and healthy lunch for our SDL teens today! Chef Paloma’s Caesar dressing on lettuces from our own garden, just harvested! Come spring, we will be launching a booming garden for our teens to enjoy and work in, post Covid, so be on the lookout for great new outdoor activities and products hailing from our very own harvests.
