A Tee & Green Sponsorship can put 125 nourishing lunches in the hands of summer campers, or send 10 residents and staff to the Exploratorium—opening doors to science, play, and wonder.

We’re excited to announce that Hanna Center is partnering with the Sonoma County Department of Health Services to lead a new countywide su***de prevention training initiative.

Over the next several years, this partnership will bring free, accessible su***de prevention education to communities throughout Sonoma County. Working alongside the County, the Life Worth Living Alliance, and trusted local organizations, we will help equip people with practical tools to recognize warning signs, begin supportive conversations, and connect someone with help.

Our shared goal is to make su***de prevention training as familiar and accessible as first aid training. When more people know what to look for and how to respond, we build a stronger, safer, and more connected Sonoma County.

This is the first post in our upcoming training series. Follow along as we introduce each program and share how you can participate.

Nos complace anunciar que Hanna Center se está asociando con el Departamento de Servicios de Salud del Condado de Sonoma para liderar una nueva iniciativa de capacitación en prevención del suicidio a nivel de todo el condado.

Durante los próximos años, esta alianza llevará educación gratuita y accesible sobre la prevención del suicidio a comunidades de todo el Condado de Sonoma. Trabajando junto con el Condado, la Life Worth Living Alliance y organizaciones locales de confianza, ayudaremos a que las personas cuenten con herramientas prácticas para reconocer las señales de advertencia, iniciar conversaciones de apoyo y conectar a alguien con la ayuda que necesita.

HEAL—Healing, Empowerment, Advocacy, and Liberation—is a Healing Justice program for Sonoma Valley high school students ready to explore their identities, strengthen their well-being, and help create positive change in their communities.

Through art, storytelling, somatic practices, and meaningful conversations, participants will explore personal and collective experiences, build advocacy skills, connect with their peers, and gain practical tools to support personal wellness and community transformation.

🎓 Scholarship Day is an opportunity to celebrate the journeys of Hanna alumni and support the goals they are working toward.

For more than seven decades, Hanna Center’s scholarship program has helped graduates pursue college degrees, trade certifications, and other forms of continued education. During this annual event, alumni share their aspirations with the Hanna community as they prepare for what comes next.

For Hanna Center, graduation is not the end of our relationship with alumni. Our scholarship program allows us to remain connected and offer meaningful support as they move forward.

Kiana is exploring health care through Santa Rosa Junior College. Kameron works at Sonoma Raceway and hopes to become a mechanic. E.S. is considering animation or creating a brand of her own.

Their stories reflect what meaningful support can make possible—not by deciding a young person’s future for them, but by giving them opportunities to explore, advocate for themselves, and choose their own direction.

We loved seeing everyone along the parade route and celebrating alongside the community we’re proud to call home.

Every day at Hanna Center, something beautiful happens.

The baseball and soccer fields are full. The gym echoes with laughter. Youth in our care take part in activities—on campus and beyond. Kids run, play, connect, and build resilience.
