They received groceries, emergency financial assistance for rent, and guidance for additional resources. The relieved parents said that FISH gave them hope when they felt desperate. Do you enjoy getting behind the wheel? FISH is looking for volunteer drivers to provide rides for local residents to medical appointments. Drivers accept assignments based on their availability and are generally asked to drive once a week. Learn more at https://fishsonoma.org/volunteer/ 🚗

A new chapter begins for FISH!
No, you're not seeing double. We are thrilled to announce that we have acquired a new building adjacent to FISH Central (and we've already painted it to match!) This purchase reflects the significant growth and expansion seen in our services as we adapt to the evolving needs of Sonoma Valley. We'll be renovating the new space to improve our operations and expand our capacity to serve the community. It will allow us to increase efficiency and provide a more welcoming environment for both clients and volunteers. The proximity of the new building to FISH Central ensures seamless continuity of our services and strengthens our presence in the geographic heart of Sonoma Valley. 💙💙

Thank you Impact100 Sonoma! This Impetus Grant helps FISH to provide community members seeking help from our rent and utilities programs with a private, accessible place to get assistance in English or Spanish, copy and submit documents for their application, and shorten the processing time for these important programs.
