The Mustang’s Cooking Project is off to a GREAT season! Cooking meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month and they’ve already had a class on kitchen safety lead by Elgin School’s Nurse, Kathe Prentice and our very own Sonoita - Elgin Fire District (HUGE THANK YOU)!

They have made meatballs, crème brûlée, lemonade and this past Wednesday sugar cookies in the shape of their individual animal projects as well as their very own homemade VANILLA EXTRACT!
