Dear Community and Business Leaders:
The Branchburg Rotary Club is proud to host our annual Flags for Heroes program, a community-wide tribute honoring individuals whose acts of service, kindness, and dedication have made our neighborhoods safer, healthier, and happier places to live. This special event recognizes Veterans and everyday heroes—people of all ages and backgrounds whose good deeds positively impact our community.
From July 2 through July 16, 2026, hundreds of American flags will be displayed on the "Field of Heroes" in front of Raritan Valley Community College on Route 28. Each flag will bear the name of a local hero nominated by family members, friends, coworkers, organizations, and community members. This year's celebration is particularly meaningful as it coincides with the 250th anniversary of the United States' independence, providing an opportunity to honor both our nation's history and the individuals who strengthen our communities today.
To help make this event a success, we are seeking support from local businesses and community partners. Donations to help offset the cost of the projects can be made via a check to “Branchburg Rotary Foundation”. Proceeds and sponsorship support from Flags for Heroes help fund programs and services that benefit veterans, families in need, and other charitable initiatives throughout our community.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss donation opportunities, please contact:
