On Monday May 9th at Somerville High School (SHS), two deeply concerning incidents took place involving police aggression against a student and overt racist language from an administrator. These incidents are indicative of deeply rooted systemic racism and unaccountable policing inside the Somerville Public Schools (SPS).

Justice for Flavia’s group is having a Rally to End Policing and Racism in SPS at 3pm, Thursday May 19th @ in front of the Central Library.
