This summer’s Teen Time at The Dojo was a movie.

Shoutout Teen Empowerment Somerville Teen Empowerment and the City of Somerville City of Somerville MA for backing the vision. From tournaments to art, music, writing, Water Wars, and outdoor sports, over 100 young people pulled up and made it legendary.

🏁 Outside the Dojo Adventure Recap! 🏁

Our team hit the track at K1 Speed Wilmington and brought our interns along for an unforgettable day of racing! We battled it out in an intense 8-lap showdown to see who could claim the fastest time, and let’s just say the competition was fierce. 🚦💨

Here’s a recap from our Dojo Community Block Party! 🎉

A huge thank you to all of our incredible partners who helped make this event a success, and a special shoutout to Mayor Jake Wilson for serving as our keynote speaker.

From the video game truck and ice cream truck to family-friendly games and activities, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We were also inspired by the powerful speeches delivered by the Teen Empowerment youth, who shared their voices, experiences, and vision for the future.

At The Dojo @ Somernova, we are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our community. Thank you for believing in our mission and growing alongside us as we work to create a welcoming, engaging, and impactful community space for all.

Last Wednesday was one for the books‼️

We had “Our Dojo Half Day Adventures” followed by “OPEN MIC TEEN NIGHT”. 📣🚨

As a community we played games, did art, had good food, and some amazing performances from the youth. Big shout out to .ville.youth for swinging by to perform and support the other youth.
