Somersworth High School's Mental Health Club hosted Kaleb Joseph from the Self Help Tour this past Monday, with support from the Somersworth Mental Health Alliance. He spoke to the entire high school and then spent the day connecting with students. He didn't just speak to them - he listened, he engaged, and people felt it.

Kaleb Joseph's visit reminded us that talking about it out loud, together, is how we start to heal.

To our community partners who made this possible: Thank you! This was a first for Somersworth, and it wouldn't have happened without you.

To our students: we see you. Keep talking. Keep showing up for each other.

And to Kaleb Joseph - thank you for sharing your truth with us.

Next Thursday, April 16th, SMHA will be joining the SHS Mental Health Club right in their space- Room 108, Somersworth High School, at 2:15 PM.

The students of the Mental Health Club have identified Kaleb Joseph - a former Division I athlete turned mental health advocate - as someone they want to bring to their school. His message is real, lived, and exactly the kind of peer-relatable voice that resonates with young people. They asked for him. We're helping make it happen. This is a grassroots, community-funded effort. Every contribution, every show of support, tells our students that this community believes their mental health matters.

Come join us on April 16th to plan and support the students in this initiative.
