Franklin Youth Initiative Boys Council "Leadership does not take a day off." Boys Council is a mentoring program for grades 7-12.

This program consists of life skills, team building, gang workshops, public speaking, community service projects, special events, employment training, and other different trainings throughout the year. Boys Council runs during the school year for grades 7 & 8 and during the summer, there is a summer challenge for grades 7 -12. Over the course of the years since its 2009 founding, 292 young men hav
