A beautiful new habitat is taking root in Somerset County.

On Sunday, September 27, Laurel Arts will celebrate its new Monarch Waystation with a special butterfly release, and Shamrock is honored to support the occasion by donating the butterflies for the release. We invite everyone to join the celebration and support our wonderful Laurel Arts!

We are honored to donate the butterflies for Sunday’s release—and Chef Alex and Erion have created a few special ways to celebrate at Shamrock.
🌿 Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad
with basil pesto, field greens, balsamic reduction, toasted pine nuts & edible flowers
🦋 Monarch Tortelloni
monarch-inspired pasta filled with house-made citrus & herb ricotta, served with golden saffron sauce, peas & pancetta
🌸 Orange Blossom Olive Oil Cake
with salted vanilla cream, strawberry & rhubarb, and lavender honey
🍸 Cucumber & Dill Gin Fizz
featuring butterfly pea blossom-infused gin
💜 Purple Orange Creamsicle
a playful zero-proof creation made with purple sweet potato-infused simple syrup
And the butterflies won’t stop with the menu.
Throughout the celebration, you’ll find butterfly-folded napkins at our tables, and we’re giving guests complimentary butterfly-attracting flower seeds to take home and plant while supplies last.

💜💚 REMEMBERING THOSE WE’VE LOST 💚💜

As part of our Memorial Ceremony and Walk, we will honor those we have lost to su***de by reading their names and ringing a bell in their memory. Their names will also be displayed on our Memorial Wall throughout the event.

Join us at Laurel Arts at 214 South Harrison Ave for this fun and free family event on Sunday, September 27 at Noon. We will have food, kids crafts, and more! We will also be releasing 100 butterflies. First come, first serve for your live butterfly envelope!
