9 years ago, KCCC donated its first cuddle cot in memory of the founders daughter, Emma Caroline Pace.
A cuddle cot is a cooling device that is used for late miscarriage, stillbirth, & neonatal death to preserve and provide parents more time with their baby.

The Kentucky Cuddle Cot Campaign was founded in 2015 by Amberly Dicey in memory of her daughter Emma Caroline Pace who was born/died on 9/2/14. The goal of KCCC is to make sure all Kentucky hospitals that have Labor & Delivery units have a Cuddle Cot at their use for families who experience the devastating loss of late miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death. When the KCCC started, Kentucky only had two cuddle cots. Now, there are over 15. Personally, the KCCC has placed or has been involved in the placement of 8 cots. The others have been placed by other organizations or private donations. We are so proud and elated that we are able to help people in Emma’s name.
