After 10 years, we are excited to be hosting again Shaykh Mohammad Akram Nadwi! Over 4 days, he will be teaching a Book from the renowned Saheeh Bukhari collection, Kitab al-Hiyal, which has important lessons in Islamic ethics. On-site space will be limited, so make sure to sign up if interested.

Just wrapped up an incredible 3-week tour of Dallas, Southern California, and the DMV, accompanying my mentor, Dr. Mohammad Akram Nadwi—one of the world's leading ḥadīth scholars, author of nearly 100 works. We visited vibrant Islamic centers like EPIC, IANT, VRIC, IIOC Anaheim, ISB Baltimore, attended the ISNA convention, and explored top seminaries and research institutes including Qalam Institute, IOK, TISA, Yaqeen, and Ghamidi Center for Islamic Learning. We also connected with 3rd spaces like Haifaa Younis’s Jannah Institute, Muftī Waseem Khan’s ISRA Foundation, and CenterDC. It was inspiring to spend time with scholars like Yasir Qadhi, Dr. Sherman Jackson, Zaid Shakir, Yasir Birjas, Asif Hirani, Nomaan Baig, Farhan Zuberi, Mohamed Abutaleb, Sami Zaharna and many others.

I was truly inspired by the amazing work happening across the country. I encourage everyone to step out and visit other communities—it's a great way to broaden your horizons and enhance your own work.

With the historic events taking place in Bangladesh, I am making a point of attending their annual convention this weekend in Philadelphia. This will be my first time attending, the program guide looks amazing, and I encourage all of you to consider showing your support as well. This past weekend we celebrated our 10th annual graduation (yes, we can't believe it's been 10 years)!

Congratulations to Dr Ayesha Muzaffar who reached our highest Ahl al-Qurʾān level becoming the 3rd sister ever to have completed memorization of the entire Qurʾān! She accomplished this while being a mother to 2 children, completing 2 dental degrees, and establishing an active dental practice! She completed her ḥifẓ on the blessed Day of Arafah, under the tutelage of her sister Faaiza Subhani, the historic 1st full ḥifẓ graduate in our institute.

The sisters ḥifẓ program saw another large graduating class, with 52 graduates across all levels (all of whom memorized at least 1 Juz).
Finally, we graduated 16 people who completed our accredited 2-year Islamic Literacy Diploma, with training in Tajwīd, Tafsīr, Ḥadīth sciences, Fiqh and more. These students will now have the opportunity to pursue a masters degree in the Islamic University of Minnesota, our accrediting institution.

The discipline and commitment of all is truly inspiring. Please pray for our graduates!

Alhamdulillah this week we were honored to complete the final class of the Fiqh of Purification from the Ḥanafī School and Ṣaḥīḥ Bukhārī’s Kitāb al-Īmān. This concludes the last semester of our 2-year Islamic Scholarship program. May Allah give all our students success.
