Spring Clean Up 2025
Cooler weather this year kept the bugs away inspite of recent rainy weather earlier in the week. Both of those helped our volunteer squad complete the two projects.

1. Refreshing the north entrance monument sign and
2. Repurpose the original Pinecliff sign and install it at the community park visible to those travelling by on the Apple River.

Thank you to all those who showed up, placed mulch, w**d whipped, dug holes and wrenched the sign in place during this years spring clean up projects.

Much gratitude to those PC Peeps that volunteered their time this week to groom the North Entrance Monument sign (early) and Riverfront park today.

"Many hands make light work" and when we work together in Pinecliff we enjoy our surroundings and build deeper connections with our neighbors.

As a follow-up to the email sent out on 10/25:

We need your vote on the proposed Pinecliff HOA website! Please take a moment to share your vote so we can come to a decision about this important topic.

Votes can be submitted a variety of ways, all submissions need to include your name, address and lot number:

☀️Print and mail back via US mail
☀️Scan ballot and email it back: [email protected]

We have a ways to go to reach a quorum (52 votes) in order to vote on the issue, so your vote is critical!

The Pinecliff 2022 'Won't you meet your neighbor' block party was so much fun. Filled with good food, new neighbors sharing in fun, conversation and laughter.

To all Pinecliff neighbors, you are what makes this a great place to live.

Neighborhood Notice:

We have been informed that this week the city of Somerset will be doing road work (weather permitting) near our neighborhood and the north entrance to Pinecliff may be closed at times.
