Calling all Somers FC Somers Seniors. Just two more days to submit the 2024 scholarship application and essay. FC will choose two $500 winners for The FC Somers Jean Rolando and Bill Ishoo Memorial Awards.

The awards recognize the tremendous contribution made by both Jean Rolando and Bill Ishoo to FC Somers for many years. Both parents volunteered countless hours to help improve the soccer programs in Somers.

Criteria for Consideration:
• Played in FC Somers for at least 3 years
• Somers High School Student
• Submit a 200-word essay on “What FC Somers Means To Me”. The essay must include at the top of page 1, Your Name, Address, Phone and Email, and a resume including all or one of the following:
• Volunteered for the soccer program as a coach, instructor, referee, etc.
• Performed community service and or was/is a Girl or Boy Scout
• Continuing on to higher education.

Application, with resume, must be emailed to [email protected]. by May 15, 2024.
