Spring Schedule Update!

Due to our large class sizes we are splitting our Elementary and Junior High age groups into two separate sessions. Please see the attached class times and let us know if you have any questions. Our Junior High athletes will remain at the same time while our Elementary age group will be moving up to 3:30-4:30.

This schedule update will be effective next week beginning Tuesday, April 12th.

Well this is pretty amazing! This photo was taken over 6 years ago. The youngest of this crew is now in middle school and the oldest few have just graduated high school (Yes, I'm excluding the 3 old guys hiding out in the crowd. haha). 9 of these kids are still active participants, training, learning and growing with us!

It was great having more coaches on the mat today, huge THANKS to both Coach Seth and Coach Jeff! Welcome to the Monster Squad :)

HERE WE GO!!!!!

We have hosted numerous 'practice' classes and tested various spaces, equipment and approaches. We are starting small and are prepared to expand our classes as necessary.

The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. We ask that all participants adhere to social distancing guidelines and be prepared to wear masks when arriving, leaving and when outside of their designated individual work out area. While we miss getting to work out inside our facilities, we are grateful to be able to move our program outdoors. We thank you, in advance, for following guidelines and helping us be able to operate outdoors.

Teamwork makes the dream work!

While we setup our formal online scheduling program, and adjust to the needs of the new school year, we will remain flexible as we figure out what an ideal schedule looks like. We will adjust, as necessary, to best serve the changing needs of our students and families. For the next two weeks we encourage you to join us and get back in action! Class sizes will be limited but we will make every effort to accomodate any 'overflow' that does happen by having additional instructors and space available.

Please remember your mask, water bottle and a $5 suggested donation.
