Lake Erie Heritage Foundation Declaration 250 is a landmark event hosted by the Lake Erie Heritage Foundation (LEHF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Day three. The final day of Declaration 250 is here, and it's the big one! Today marks 250 years to the day since the signers put pen to paper in 1776. ❤️🤍💙

The OSU Marching Band arrives at 2 p.m. BGSU Marching Band will parade at 5:00 and 8:00. Come and sign the replica Declaration in Freedom Village, then stay for the weekend's official ceremonies and one of the largest fireworks displays in the nation over Lake Erie.

Day two of Declaration 250 is here! Freedom Village is welcoming guests with fifes and drums, U.S. Navy and Army band performances, a flyover by the 445th Airlift Wing, and a visit from the descendants of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Lincoln throughout the day.

Tonight, Bob Gatewood & Calabash take the stage at 7 p.m., followed by a free Jefferson Starship concert at 8 p.m. No tickets needed!!

Rain or shine, we're making history this weekend! Don't forget your chair and umbrella.

Every day of Declaration 250, visitors can add their name to the 8x10-foot replica, on display in Freedom Village at Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial. This is an open invitation all weekend long; we can't wait to see you here!

Set sail on the Lettie G. Howard, a historic tall ship. Take flight aboard the Ford Tri-Motor, a piece of aviation history. Then step back further in time at the historic reenactment encampments at McCann Field.
