Trails at TLP were mowed today in anticipation of the upcoming Fun Run and Walk on Saturday. Not signed up? Just show up race day and you can register then. Race time is 9 a.m. Also,there is a work day scheduled for next Monday 6/22 at 9 a.m. If you’re Handy and you know it don’t just clap your hands, come on out and lend a hand! Thanks to volunteers Blair and Mavis for mowing!

Unfortunately, with the extreme fire danger we have decided to postpone our spring clean up day scheduled for tomorrow morning! Since we were relying heavily on motorized vehicles and chainsaws we thought it best. Watch for a rescued event in the future….

We’re having a Spring Clean up Day at Tomahawk Lake Park on Saturday May 9th at 8:30 a.m.! We had some blow downs on the trails in the Big Blow a few weeks ago. So, if you have chain saw and an ATV or UTV bring them. We also can use Lopers and rakes to clean up the Park area and gardens. Bring your friends and we’ll make short work of it! “Many hands makes for light work!”

Thanks to Groomer Bruce the ski trails are groomed for a weekend of skiing! And the temps “may” cooperate as well! Enjoy Your Park!

Thanks to volunteers Mike and Isaac our entire trail system was groomed this evening! Get out and enjoy the fresh new snow! And as a reminder there are snowshoes to borrow in the warming house and sledding hill right outside!
