A little background about Solomons Mission Center...
Solomons Mission Center became an official non-profit on October 16th 2021, but the "mission" started years before within the walls of Solomons United Methodist Church.
The congregation dedicated time and effort to both HeartFELT and More Tasty Blessings since 2013 and 2014 respectively.
Then in 2017 the food pantry shelf was founded and grew into what we see today.

We look forward to celebrating the history and growth of Solomons Mission Center on October 11th at our Harvest of Hope Celebration! Hope you can join us in celebrating the years past and the many years to come!

Community Partner Shout Out!! Calvert County Department of Social Services!!

DSS has been integral in serving our community. We were grateful to serve Summer Meals alongside them this past Summer.
Then they went above and beyond and sponsored a Peanut Butter and Jelly Drive for all the pantries in the county!
And we are excited to announce that starting Tuesday, September 22nd, they will start tabling at Solomons Mission Center on the the 4th Tuesday of every month!
Case Managers will be available to assist our clients while they wait their turn to shop.
