Important Saturday Office Update

CARTS service will continue to run on Saturdays, but after July 25, 2026, our office will not be staffed for live phone support or walk-ins on Saturdays.

Riders can still request rides on Saturdays using:

• The CARTS AI phone agent
• The CARTS app
• The CARTS website

If you would like to speak with a person to schedule a Monday ride, please call the office no later than 5:00 PM on Friday.

We appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment and continue working to provide reliable transportation for our community.

🇺🇸 Holiday Service Reminder 🇺🇸

In observance of Independence Day, the CARTS office will be closed, and transportation service will be unavailable on Saturday, July 4.

🚐 Regular service will resume on Monday, July 6.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday celebrating with family and friends. Thank you for choosing CARTS, and we look forward to serving you when we return.

🚐 Help Shape the Future of Transportation on the Kenai Peninsula

Transportation affects access to healthcare, employment, education, food, social services, and so much more. That's why CARTS is partnering with communities, organizations, and service providers across the region to identify transportation barriers and develop practical solutions.

The Transportation Action Team is working to improve access, strengthen partnerships, and build a more connected transportation network for everyone on the Kenai Peninsula.

We're looking for community members, service providers, and organizations who are passionate about improving transportation access and increasing independence for residents of all ages and abilities.

📅 Meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 1:00 PM via Zoom.
