Help Every Child in Wayne County Start Their Reading Journey! ❤️📚

Did you know that every child from birth to age 5 living in ANY Wayne County ZIP code is eligible to receive a FREE, age-appropriate book every month through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library? There is no cost to families - all they have to do is register!

Now is the perfect time to support this incredible program because New York State is matching donations, meaning every dollar you give goes twice as far to put books into the hands of local children.

Research shows that children who are introduced to books and reading early are better prepared for kindergarten, develop stronger language skills, and are more likely to become lifelong readers. Together, we can help build home libraries and create brighter futures—one book at a time.

How you can help:
❤️ Make a donation - your gift will be matched by New York State.
📢 Share this post to help spread the word.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 If you know families with children ages birth through 5, encourage them to register if they live in any Wayne County ZIP code.

Every dollar raised stays right here in Wayne County, helping local children receive a new book in the mail each month during their most important years of development.

⏰ Don't wait! The matching grant opportunity is available for a limited time, making this one of the best opportunities to maximize your impact.

Together, we can ensure more Wayne County children discover the joy of reading and start school ready to succeed. Thank you for helping us invest in the future of our community! 💖📚

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨
Community Schools is a strategy that Wayne County is developing.
Our school districts use this strategy to help build connections and help schools be a meaningful hub in our communities. We want to see what is already in place and what seems like it might be missing. We also need Community Schools Advisory Board members. Thanks for considering offering your time and talents in a way that makes the community stronger. We appreciate you completing this survey, especially if you are completing it every year!
