Some new developments around Camp Pahatsi. The current owners of Royal Gorge have defaulted and the Truckee-Donner Land Trust, Sugar Bowl and the Serene Lakes Property Owners Association have come together in an effort to buy the properties and some businesses that make up Royal Gorge.
