The community bike repair shop has been busy lately! Thanks to all of our volunteers ⭐️
We are going to start opening another day of the week. Thursdays from 5pm-7pm beginning September 3rd 🚲

These kids bikes are available at Socorro Spokes (community bike repair shop) located behind the Safe Harbor Secondhand store, across the street from First State Bank. If you are interested, come by on Monday between 5pm and 7pm and take a look!

July Impact Statement is here!

The Lions Club will be outside of John Brooks tomorrow, Friday August 7th from 8am-4pm collecting donations for Puerto Seguro! We are specifically looking for things like pop-top soups and ravioli, cans of tuna, string cheese, and protein items that will go into our ready-to-eat meal kits and help us with our hot meals as well. The Lions Club has a list of items that we are collecting, but any food items will be put to good use.

The Cooling Center will be open every day this week!

We will be at the Plaza Party from 6pm-10:30 tonight, giving out free socks and leftover glow sticks from the 4th of July event.
Come on out and bring the family for some free food, fun, and a movie after dark

The Cooling Center will be open after our regular services, from 3pm-sunset.

Our Monthly Impact Report for June is here!
There is never enough room on a one-page report, so we'd also like to thank the organizers of the Community BBQ for donating all the leftover food and drinks from the event at the end of May! The soft drinks especially, were very much appreciated!
We will have a table at the Plaza Party event this Friday at 6pm, so if you need a clean pair of socks and a delicious free meal, swing on by and see us!
The Cooling Center will be open for the next 3 days due to the temperature being forecasted to climb above 100 degrees. If you are stuck out in the heat, or you see someone who is, please send them our way!
We are currently in need of reusable water bottles, sunscreen, bug spray, first aid kits, and lightweight sleeping bags for the folks who are surviving this summer outside.
You can drop off donations with Stacy or Nick during our regular operating hours on any Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10am -2pm, or you can donate online at psisafeharbor.org
