The Snowmass Village Rotary Club is proud to celebrate the awarding of a Rotary International Grant to Desafío Bariloche—a powerful milestone in a partnership rooted in inclusion, connection, and care.

💙 Together, we are building a more inclusive world—one run, one connection, and one life changed at a time.

In Argentina, Desafío Bariloche has created life-changing opportunities through adaptive skiing. In collaboration with Challenge Aspen and Aspen Sister Cities, this program has facilitated the exchange of professional and volunteer adaptive ski instructors—while also providing essential equipment to support athletes of all abilities.

This grant represents more than funding—it’s a continued investment in human potential, dignity, and joy. Through shared experiences on the mountain, participants gain confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging that transcends borders.

The amazing Michelle Oger presented this morning about Blue Lake Preschool-a local non-profit day care for kids from 6 weeks to 10 years old in the Roaring Fork Mid-Valley. With 3 locations (Stott’s Mill to open this September), Blue Lake has taken care of our kids with love, patience, and expertise.
