Habitat for Humanity of Worcester County is accepting applications for A Brush With Kindness, an exterior upkeep program for income-eligible Worcester County homeowners.
The program may provide seasonal or general yard clean-up and minor exterior scraping and painting on first-floor areas, porches, and porch stairs. Priority is given to homeowners 65+ and homeowners with disabilities.
Applicants must:
• Own and occupy a home in Worcester County with no liens or judgments
• Have household income at or below 80% of the Worcester County Area Median Income (AMI)
• Have proof of homeowners insurance and income
• Be unable to complete the work themselves or afford to have the work completed
Interior repairs are not included in this program.
Applications are being accepted through September 25 or until qualified applicants are selected.
