Tri-County Diabetes Alliance The Tri-County Diabetes Alliance organization is designed to educate, provide resources, guidance, and prevent diabetes in the 3 lower counties of Maryland

The Tri-County Diabetes Alliance (TCDA) organization was founded in 2004. Since that time, TCDA has been raising awareness about this debilitating disease around Worcester, Somerset, and Wicomico County. TCDA has three major goals within this organization. The first goal of TCDA is to educate the public on why it is important to know if you have diabetes. TCDAnext goal is to guide the citizens of

the three counties to community resources that will help them learn about the risk of having and developing diabetes. Finally, TCDA wants to make to sure that those that have been diagnosed with diabetes recently, have access to services within the community to help manger their disease.
