Congratulations to Greene Central senior Riley Radford 🐏💎⚾️💙

IN MEMORY OF JT WINSTEAD, AN ANNUAL RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS.....
Five years ago, Thad & Lisa Winstead established a gift of lessons to be given to a high school senior athlete here at Next Level, who displays the DAILY WALK and WORK ETHIC that JT did. JT was taken from us far too soon in a tragic accident in 2021, along with three other wonderful teenagers, Abby, Devin & Madison. This is one, of the many ways, Thad & Lisa continue to help honor JT's memory & legacy. We are honored to partner with them on this. This year, RILEY RADFORD (Greene Central) & SUITER HOWARD (JH Rose) are the recipients. Congratulations to both! They are pictured here on "JT's Bench".
I had a heartfelt exchange with Lisa yesterday on Mother's Day & let her know that they continue to be on our minds & in our prayers.
Thank You to Coach Lance for his work on this & THANK YOU to THAD & LISA WINSTEAD for their generosity & for allowing us a small part in honoring the memory of JT❤️⚾️!

Greene Central’s playoff run comes to an end.

Varsity Baseball fell to South Lenoir 2-0 in the 2nd round of the playoffs, while Softball fell to Midway 12-0.

Thank you to everyone who supported Greene Central Diamond Club and our baseball and softball programs this season. From players and coaches to parents, sponsors, volunteers, and fans, your support means everything.

Summer baseball begins May 18. Come out and cheer on our boys as they continue to develop and prepare for next season.

It’s baseball and softball playoff time for the Rams 💙

Greene Central Varsity Baseball hosts a 2nd round playoff game tonight at 7, while Softball travels to Midway for a 6:30 first pitch.

Come pack the stands, be loud, and support our teams as they battle to keep their seasons alive. Let’s show our Rams some Greene Central pride! 💎🐏💙⚾️🥎

Greene Central Softball travels to West Bladen Tuesday at 6 for the first round.

Varsity Baseball earns a first round bye and will host the winner of South Lenoir vs NC School of Science and Math on Friday.
