Volunteers Needed: 2026 Lake Loon Toy Run Fundraiser Planning Meeting!

Since 1988, our crew has shown up to ensure local kids have a meaningful Christmas. It takes a lot of hands behind the scenes to make that holiday magic happen, and it all starts with our Toy Run Fundraiser on Saturday, October 10th!
To make the fundraiser a success, we need your help. Grab a cold drink and help us lay the groundwork!

📅 When: Saturday, August 15th, 2026 at 2:00 PM
📍 Where: Watering Hole, Snook, Texas

We need volunteers for:
* Bike Run Coordination
* T-Shirt Sales & Fundraising
* Barbecue Plate Service
* Set-up & Clean-up Teams
* Toy Run Route Planning
* Family Outreach & Support

Mark your calendar for the planning meeting on August 15th, and save the date for the main Toy Run Fundraiser on October 10th!

• $45 Gate Fee (16+) – covers the full weekend
• $125 RV spots (electric & water included + 2 wristbands)
• $25 Saturday Day Pass

👉 ONLY book Thursday night

We take over Friday morning — once you’re in, you’re good all weekend.

Kickstands up at 10AM
Stops include: Bottleneck’s, VFW Caldwell, The Watering Hole & Lakeside Ice House

Back by 2PM → Games at 3PM → Bands that night

Every year, the Lake Loons come together to make sure eight local families in Burleson and Washington Counties have a special Christmas — and it’s all made possible by the generosity of our community at this annual fundraiser.

October fills up fast, so mark your calendars now and plan to join us for a great day of riding, community, and giving back.

We’re taking over the park for another old-school weekend of riding, camping, music, and giving back.

Bring your lawn chairs, bring your people, and settle in for two solid nights of live music.

• $45 Gate Fee (16 and older) – Covers the entire weekend
• $125 RV Spots with electric & water – Includes 2 wristbands
• $25 Saturday Day Pass

Vendors are welcome — gate fee only, no extra vendor fees.

If you’re calling the park for reservations:

Do NOT ask about Friday or Saturday.

We take over the park Friday morning — once you’re set up and purchase your wristband Friday, you’re good for the entire weekend.

🏍 Saturday Fun Run

• Leaves at 10:00 a.m.
• Returns by 2:00 p.m.

Stops include:
• Bottleneck’s Bar & Grill
• VFW Post 4458 – Caldwell
• The Watering Hole
• Lakeside Ice House (Original Yankees Tavern)

We’ll roll back in for games for little AND big kids at 3:00 p.m., followed by live music and good fellowship.
