πŸ“£ Do you love seeing kids discover new passions after school?

Little Cedars PTA is looking for a VP of Clubs to help coordinate one of our most beloved programs! Each year our after-school clubs give Little Cedars students the chance to build confidence, explore their interests, and connect with peers across grade levels.

As VP of Clubs, you'll coordinate club schedules, manage registration logistics, and support our amazing parent volunteer leads. If you're organized, enthusiastic, and want to make a real impact at Little Cedars, we'd love your help bringing these enriching experiences to life.

Little Cedars is having a supply drive to help students and teachers as some supplies don't last until the end of the school year. Many stores have these items on sale, if you can pick up one extra item to drop off it would be invaluable. ✏️🎨

The PTA will have a donation box for the items below at The Meet the Teacher event on Thursday, August 27th.

It's raffle time!!!! We started this raffle at the Highland's Maker's Market in July to support 6th Grade Outdoor Camp. They didn't end up having more markets, so here is our drawing.
We raised $90 in raffle sales, so our winner tonight will get $45! πŸŽ‰

Join us for an Open House on EITHER Wednesday August 19th or Thursday August 20th. Open House runs from 9:00am-9:30am in the multi-purpose room with Principal Anne Nielsen.

Blast off to KindergartenπŸ‘©β€πŸš€ πŸš€

Kindy Camp gives incoming kindergarteners a chance to explore their classroom and the school without the rest of the grades on campus.
Think of this event as an introduction to kindergarten. Students will be dropped off, just like a normal school day, spend time in the classroom with their teacher and staff, do activities, get to know the the students in their class, explore the playground and learn their way around the school.

Little Cedars is excited to welcome the incoming kindergarten class!

Are you our next Art and Science Docent Coordinator? No art or science background necessary! πŸŽ¨πŸ”¬

πŸ”΅ Our existing program needs a new leader (or two) for the 2026-2027 school year.

πŸ”΅ All curriculum, lesson plans are already created.

πŸ”΅ Take inventory and refill supplies.

πŸ”΅ Hand out the ready to go packets and coordinate the volunteer calendar!

πŸ”΅ The coordinator is essential for keeping this program accessible for the whole school.
