Our goal is to develop men and women of character to create a positive change in our community through relationships and serving. Mission
Our mission is to relationally invest in the lives of athletes by focusing on character development and having them serve their communities. We will serve school athletics by relationally investing in people of all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs, meeting th
em where they are, in order to bring change to the next generation. Vision
Our Vision is to develop relationally driven chaplain and character development programs in high schools across the country. Our hope...
The "Character" of young men and women is highly moldable during the window of high school. Through character development lessons, and meaningful relationships, we hope to impact these men and women not only now, but as they become husbands, fathers, mothers, and leaders. We are committed to working along side the educational system in helping develop students with strong character. The "Community" aspect of NG3 is based on the idea that without serving others, we've missed a key point of having developed good character. We want to connect these young men and women with ways to serve people and organizations that need help or assistance. We want them learning to live for others so that no matter what they do in life, they will have a serving attitude that takes the gifts they've been given, and use them to help others. The "Change": We want the kind of change that lasts a lifetime. The kind that doesn't just change a behavior, but the kind that changes who they are. The Change that makes business people honest, full of integrity. The Change that makes a dad choose to spend more time with his family. The Change that makes young men/women strive for excellence in their work place. We will know we've been successful by the types of people these students grow up to be. Change is our hope. Change is our goal. And Change comes best through personal relationships. We hope to help develop "complete athletes" committed to strong character and helping others not just now, but for the rest of their lives. We want to duplicate this mentality among volunteers in the community. We need other adults to give of their time to invest in student athletes. All this sounds good in theory, but without someone actually doing it, it's just another idea. We train our staff to implement key components of character development, all the while building relationships with students, coaches, and others in the community. Through these lessons on character and the relationships that are built, we believe we can change the next generation.
