🏈 📣 South Gwinnett Youth Athletic Association (SGYAA) Cheerleading

Do you have a passion for working with youth and helping athletes grow in confidence, teamwork, and leadership? Join our coaching staff for the 2026 football and cheer season!

We Are Looking For:
✅ Head Coaches
✅ Assistant Coaches
✅ Junior Coaches (High School Students)
✅ Team Volunteers

Requirements:
• Must enjoy working with children
• Positive attitude and leadership skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Background check required for all adult volunteers
• Cheerleading experience is helpful but not required

What You’ll Do:
📣 Teach cheers, chants, and basic stunts
📣 Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
📣 Help create a fun and positive environment for our athletes
📣 Support athletes throughout the football and cheer season

Season Information:
📅 Practices Begin: July 2026 Early workouts
📍 South Gwinnett Area
🏈 Serving Cheerleaders Grades K–8

***Walk In Football & Cheer Registration & Mandatory Uniform Fitting for All New & Returning Cheerleaders

📅 Uniform Fitting Date: May 21�⏰ Time: 6:00 PM– 8:00 PM�📍 Location:�South Gwinnett Fieldhouse�2583 Skyland Dr�Snellville, GA 30078
Please review the list below and make sure you bring all required documents with you to the uniform fitting.

✅ Required Registration Documents
1. ORIGINAL Birth Certificate or Passport
* Must be brought to walk‑in registration
* We will make a copy and return the original
* Raised seal must be verified
2. GFL Registration Form
* Completed during in‑person registration
3. 2026 Physical Form
* Must be signed and completed in 2026
* Must be signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
* Physicals will be available on June 6 for $25 (may remove this depending on if we can secure someone or not.)
Additional registration forms will be filled out at the uniform fitting.
4. Baseline Test
* Mandatory for 6th–8th grade players
* Additional details will be sent once testing is available

Please wear a swimsuit, leotard, and/or a sports bra and compression shorts to make it easy to try on the uniform samples. There is limited space for privacy and this will really help speed up the process.
