This week Diabetes You Can Win partnered with Center Black Women's Wellness to provide a 4-week diabetes education class (DSMES) to Atlanta residents. Participants received tools to support their healthy lifestyle journey to include a blood pressure cuff, blood glucose monitor, diabetes journal and healthy food items.

Education is the key to winning the fight with diabetes and we look forward to our continued work with CBWW to win that fight!!
