This summer, while we are on a break from regular Tuesday nights, that doesn't mean you're forgotten! We will be meeting up for some socializing, sporting events, and worship.

⚾ Coming up this Saturday, June 6th, the Springhouse Men's Ministry "Pursuit" is hosting a Home Run Derby from 10am-2pm. Many of our leaders will be there, and we want to invite you young men out to join us! (Details in the church app.)

In late June or early July, we will have a separate ladies💃 event and a guys🕺event where we can just hang back and relax.

Later this summer, we are planning an incredibly special night of worship, a word, and breaking of bread 🥖 with our friends from .

🗓️ Exact dates are still in the works. We will post here and in the church center app when those dates are determined. If you haven't downloaded the app, please do so! Then go to groups and join SYA - Young Adults.

↪️ August 4th will be our first regular Tuesday back. Curt will start a new expository teaching series, since we finished studying The Jesus Style.

We are so excited to continue to connect with you through the summer! We're praying for the safety of all those who are traveling and transitioning into new jobs or new schools. May the Lord light your way! ✝️

"Count it all joy!" has been a bit of a mantra for our brother, Matt. He'll admit it took him 40 years to *choose* joy. The verse from James 1 reminds him that in the midst of trying circumstances, God is building his character and he will come out the other side surer in faith.

Matt shared his testimony with us recently. It takes courage, but anyone who shares their testimony in Young Adults has always received encouragement afterward. It often confirms for others, how God is working in their own lives and how they must journey deeper with their Heavenly Father.

If you feel led to share your own testimony, reach out to us! We look forward to seeing you all tonight for fellowship, a teaching from Pastor Curt, and fruitful discussion.

Here's a calendar of the dates when Springhouse Young Adults will be meeting in the upcoming weeks.

We start at 6:00pm and go until ~8:30pm or as late as we need to. We're here for you!

We always begin with food and fellowship, a message founded on scripture, then we open it up to discussion. The discussion time is for young adults to dig into how the scriptures can apply to your life and share what you're walking through, for the benefit of your fellow believers. We love to pray for you. And we love questions! That's how we know you're seeking the Lord.

See you this Tuesday, March 31st at 6:00pm! Join us for light food, fellowship, the word, and more discussion based on the book, The Jesus Style by Gale D. Erwin.

We'll announce important upcoming dates and opportunities for Springhouse Young Adults.

During this week leading up to Easter (Holy Week / Passion Week), let us remember how obedient, courageous, and humble Jesus remained as prophecy revealed itself and each step he took led him closer to his crucifixion.

Even as his closest friends reacted in wild ways and many turned their back on him, Jesus knew it was work that must be done and all part of the Father's plan to bring great salvation to all of his people.

Read John 18, Psalm 22, and Isaiah 53 to learn more. Have questions? Bring 'em. We love answering your questions about scripture.

Young Adults had a wonderful first meeting at our new Tuesday spot. We enjoyed pizza and desserts! We shared laughter, tears, and testimonies as we continued our servanthood study guided by the book, The Jesus Style, by Gale D. Erwin.

We asked ourselves, "What is God asking you to do that does not feel safe in the eyes of the world?" We listened to you open up about the struggles and victories in your recent walk, and we prayed over your ability to discern, be still, and trust during times of uncertainty.

It was really a great time of fellowship. Y'all are the best for being open to all the changes and for wanting to help make things happen, like music and decorating our new space. We are truly so thankful for all the ways that you young adults bless us leaders!

Springhouse Church just had a conference this past weekend, following the theme of "Abide." If you were here, tell us what was your favorite part or how did it throw a pebble in your walk?

Hey there! It's been a minute since Springhouse Young Adults has been on social media. Whether or not you're already a regular part of our community, I invite you to follow and invite/share with others. We're going to start posting at least once or twice a week - photos, encouragements from scripture, reflection prompts, and probably a bit of silliness because this group loves to laugh! Hopes are to meet young people where they're at and use this outlet as one way to grow our ministry.

The Lord is moving in exciting ways around here. If you haven't heard, we are moving from the Springhouse Fellowship Hall to the Community Servants Multipurpose Center just a few minutes down the road, and we will meet on TUESDAYS. This new space has cozy couches, a kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor deck we can't wait to cook out on. It's truly a door to new possibilities for SYA. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Tuesday, March 17th at 6:00pm for worship, the word, and good fellowship.
