The June 11, 2026 Smyrna/Clayton Rotary Club Meeting featured the 2026 Smyrna HS Valedictorian and one of our scholarship recipients- McKenna Wilson along with our program speaker- Dora Cheatham from Aternium Hydrogen. Members asked questions of both our guests and learned a lot! ⚙️

This year we had the honor of providing scholarships to 4 Smyrna High School - Delaware students totaling $2,500 per scholarship.

These young adults demonstrate academic achievement, community involvement and commitment to making a positive difference by promoting service above self.

These funds wouldn’t be available without the support of our generous community, fellow Rotarians, and sponsors.

We are so very proud of these kids, and wish them the best in what they do!

The Smyrna/Clayton Rotary Club was fortunate to hear from one of its own on May 28, 2026- as George Coates, represented the Smyrna Downtown Renaissance Association. George has been President of SDRA for the past 2 years and is looking to develop more collaboration between businesses in the Smyrna community to improve patronage and visibility. ⚙️ Learn more at: http://smyrnadel.com
