🌮Food Truck Meet-Up🚚

Come hang out with Smyrna Pride at Food Truck Tuesday on August 15, from 6:00 - 7:30pm. It's a casual chance to grab some food, meet our team, and connect with fellow members of the Smyrna community. Look for our pink Pride shirts and a Progress flag to mark the spot.

Today, our hearts are with our transgender community as we recognize the harm caused by the Supreme Court’s decision to uphold bans on transgender athletes in schools.

Every student deserves the chance to play, to be part of a team, and to experience the joy and belonging that sports can offer. No young person should be pushed out of those opportunities because of who they are.

To every trans person in our community:
You are seen.
You are valued.
You are loved.

Join us on Tuesday, June 23 at 7:00 PM as Commissioner Erick Allen and the Cobb County Board of Commissioners officially recognize Pride Month with a Pride Proclamation.

This is a historic moment for our community. For the first time ever, Cobb County will officially recognize June as Pride Month, affirming that LGBTQIA+ people are valued members of our community and that everyone deserves to feel seen, welcomed, and respected.

We are grateful to Commissioner Allen and county leadership for taking this important step and recognizing the contributions of LGBTQIA+ residents throughout Cobb County.

The meeting will take place on the main floor of the Hankerson Building, located at 100 Cherokee Street in Marietta. Please allow extra time for parking.
