Greater Smyrna Clayton Boys & Girls Club Teen Career Training Program DWIB The Smyrna Clayton DWIB program is a youth-centered program at the Boys & Girls Club that is currently operating at a Delaware Star Level 3.

Dedicated to serving in-school youth ages 14-21 from all cultures and lifestyles. The Smyrna Clayton DWIB staff is committed to providing yearlong highly interactive learning methods, work-based learning opportunities, and relevant “real world “experiences to develop out-of-school youth holistically. Our program flexibility aims at keeping youth further engaged, involved, and participating in prog

ram activities until they are ready for a successful transition to further education, employment, and independent adult living. These services will begin with a screening to identify appropriate referral services. All services begin immediately upon enrollment and will continue through 12 months past post exit interview.
