Hunger Has No Religion

Hunger Has No Religion We are a 501(c)(3) non profit organization. We supply hygiene essentials & donated clothing to our homeless community to include veterans.

Our mission at Hunger Has No Religion is to provide a consistent supply of hygiene essentials to our unsheltered community of the Greater Atlanta area. We distribute both hygiene essentials and clothes that have been donated and utilize all funds donated to purchase and package hygiene products. We are committed to stand and partner with other non-profit organizations that are in the area so that

when they are providing food, clothing or other benefits to the less fortunate they are able to provide hygiene essentials that are often lacking for those in need.

10 Years!! That feels unreal! What started as a small idea turned into a decade of impact, service, growth, lessons, and community… And none of it happened alone!! 🙏🏿

To everyone who donated, volunteered, showed up, shared our work, believed in the mission, or simply spoke our name in rooms we weren’t in, THANK YOU!! You are the reason this nonprofit continued for 10 years!

There were seasons that were easy… and seasons that tested everything! But the support never stopped… The love never stopped, the purpose never stopped… This milestone belongs to all of us!

Here’s to 10 years of serving, learning, evolving, and making a difference! I am forever grateful!! 🙏🏿

It’s been a long time since I’ve done this, and it brought back memories of the early days, when we were just starting out and could only put together 25 hygiene kits… Ten years later, we’re still here, still serving our community with the same heart… Tomorrow, my two nieces will be out there with me, carrying the torch forward.

It’s hard to believe I’ve been doing this for over 15 years, I’m grateful for every moment and every life we’ve touched along the way!!

I worked hard to leave a legacy that shines with God’s light, guiding generations yet to come. I pray that my journey has inspired others to serve with love, to lift each other through faith, and to keep building hope that endures beyond my time.. As this chapter draws to a close, I trust that His purpose will continue through the lives I’ve touched… 🙏🏿

This morning, I woke up to 37 degree weather feeling grateful for heat, a warm bed, food, and clothing!! However, I couldn’t shake the thought of how many in our city don’t have those same comforts!!

Before sunrise, I went out and served with FTHP, bringing warmth and care to our unsheltered neighbors… A huge thank you to Ms. Nadia from Zams Cleaners, who generously donated over 75 pieces of men’s clothing. Every single item found someone who needed it and was extremely thankful!

Moments like these remind me that community isn’t built by words, it’s built by showing up!! Every act of kindness, no matter how small, can bring someone hope when they need it most..
If you’ve ever thought about volunteering, this season is the perfect time to start… Whether it’s a coat, a meal, or your time , it all matters!!

With next month marking the end of the year, HHNR will be sharing a major announcement! 🙏🏿

Stay tuned and thank you to everyone who continues to give, serve, and love without limits!!

Day of Service

When the line stretches around the corner, it stirs up something deep. It’s hard seeing so many individuals without shelter, waiting patiently for a hot breakfast and a few hygiene essentials. But it’s also humbling! Because in that same line, there’s a reminder of why we show up to serve, to stand with our community, and to remind people they are seen and cared for!

For over twelve years now, I’ve had the honor of volunteering with FTHP and starting HHNR. It hasn’t always been easy, there have been ups and downs but I would choose this path again every single time! Each smile, each thank you, each moment of connection makes it worth it.

Maybe it sounds like wishful thinking, but I believe in a future where more resources exist, where our veterans and unsheltered brothers and sisters don’t have to live on the street or wait in line for a hot meal. That is my dream, and I’ll keep serving until one day, hopefully, that dream becomes reality!

HHNR is grateful for another beautiful morning of service this past weekend. Huge thanks to FTHP for all the years of dedication and support to the community. Your consistency and love have truly made a difference. As we show up strong on our day of service, we will continue serving meals, smiles, and hope to those who need it most. Together, we are building something bigger than ourselves.
