Please pray for our friends in Brazil at AMO Ministries. The Truck Drivers Strike is creating havoc in Brazil (see link below). The fuel shortage is severe and some of the strikers have become violent and there is vandalism.
Our AMO friends are safe on the property, but are taking precautions. Although they are not able to minister in the favelas, they are using this time for construction and much needed property maintenance.
There are many vulnerable children and families in the favelas who are exceptionally at risk. Please pray a hedge of protection surrounds them during this crucial time.
Also, I have a childhood friend, Debra Owens-Hughes and her husband, who are missionaries in São Paulo. Please pray they remain safe and can continue their ministry.
