OK Friends...I have been working on a plan for providing help to those impacted by Hurricane Helene. Many of you have reached out and asked what you can do...Here it is...
I have established a supply chain model for donations...getting what people actually need to the locations that need it most. I came up with the concept that led to a team of people able to do amazing things for others in need. We are all caring people that want to help our fellow Americans in need.
1) The team we have in place is coordinating donations and teams of people coming in to NC from multiple locations.
2) We are launching multiple donation drives led by community organizations in my area. More to come.
3) We are seeking specific donations to ensure the safety, health and well being of those left homeless from the storm. I will be posting the specific items so stay tuned here.
4) We have multiple organizations involved-- non profits, small businesses, communities, and individuals -- coming forward to help.
5) We are seeking support from corporate organizations willing to sponsor our efforts by providing needed supplies, financial support and/or volunteers willing to come to NC.

I promise you this, the need is endless at this point. And our fellow Americans are suffering and it will be getting worse as the mountain air is getting colder.

To my many friends with FEMA, Red Cross, Team Rubicon, Veterans supporting other veterans, and so many more, I thank you. I know you all are doing what you can. But there is so much more that needs to be done and this is where we come in...
