Come Celebrate the Life of Julia Bargman with all of your friends – October 8, 2022 at 8:00am in the 12th Annual “Julia’s Warriors Run for Hope” 5k run and 1 mile walk. The event will take place at Little Platte Swim Beach in Smithville, MO. She never complained and always fought hard to keep the disease away. Her final fight ended on November 10, 2011, when she was sent home to the Heavenly Fat
her to be disease free.
“Julia’s Warriors Run for Hope” will become an annual event, which will be the main source of funding for a Scholarship that is set up in Julia’s name at Smithville High School. Proceeds will also go to support the Cross Country Team – Julia’s love and passion, and this year to the Spelman Foundation. Each year a different organization specializing in Cancer Research will be chosen. It is so important to our Foundation to give money to Research! There needs to be a cure for Breast Cancer!!! The Julia Bargman Hope Foundation has been formed, and is seeking Non Profit Status so your donation and registration can be tax deductible! So come be one of Julia’s Warriors --- and continue her dream of Running for Hope!!!! She is our Angel in Heaven and we are her Warriors on Earth! Running and walking for her….fighting every step of the way as she did with Spirit, Strength, and Grace for 14 years!!
