Good morning all,
We’ve been posed with something a little different, and outside of our original mission statement. However, we’ve had a family reach out to us for help. The mother is trying to escape domestic violence by mental and financial abuse. The mother is working two jobs in attempt to get back on her feet but is still struggling financially. Her friends noticed her struggle and got in contact with us. They’ve also reached out to few churches, but the family is still struggling to pay bills, put gas in her vehicle, and to get the kids new clothes for school around the corner.
We all know how the first week of school sets the tone for the year. Cav’s Sole Pursuit is now asking our community for help. We’ve attached a QR code attached to this post. We are trying to raise money for this family so they can get back
on their feet.
Out of respect for the family, discretion is paramount, however, this is member of our community who needs help, which takes a lot.
