🛻💖KINDNESS DELIVERED🛻💖

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing how quickly a community can come together when someone needs a hand.

Recently, Kind Human 4 Human Kind was able to deliver a queen mattress, queen sheets, queen comforter, queen platform frame, twin mattress, twin box spring, twin sheets, twin comforter, two brand-new pillows, an air fryer, and a toaster oven to a local family.

What might look like a collection of donated items is really a collection of neighbors helping neighbors. A comfortable place to sleep, fresh bedding, and a few household essentials can make all the difference during a difficult season.

Deliveries like this are only possible because people throughout our community choose kindness every day. Someone donated a mattress they no longer needed. Someone purchased new pillows. Someone donated household items. Someone made a financial contribution. Someone volunteered their time to load, unload, and deliver.

When all of those small acts come together, something pretty amazing happens.

A special thank you to Will, Vic, Melissa, and Chez for delivering these items and helping ensure they reached the family safely. We are also grateful to the Community Foundation of St. Clair County for their continued support of our mission, our financial donors, individual donors, donation dropbox partners, and referral partners who make deliveries like this possible.

💚🧡MORE KINDNESS DELIVERED💜🩵

Recently, Kind Human 4 Human Kind had the privilege of helping a local mother and child as they prepared to move into housing after experiencing homelessness.

Moving from a shelter into a home of your own is a major milestone, but it often means starting over with very little. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to help provide many of the essentials needed to turn an empty space into a home. This family is taking important steps toward stability, and our community was honored to help support that journey.

This delivery included a king-size mattress generously provided by Mattress King, a twin bed, king and twin bedding, a humidifier, toys for the child generously donated by the Price family, a food box, and a Home Sweet Home Box filled with household essentials.

The Home Sweet Home Box included dishes, silverware, kitchen items, pots and pans, cooking utensils, food storage containers, bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, paper products, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, dish soap, hand soap, and other everyday necessities many families need when starting over. These items may seem simple, but together they help transform an empty residence into a functional and comfortable home.

We are incredibly grateful to Mattress King for their continued partnership in helping families throughout our community sleep comfortably and safely. Their generosity has made a meaningful difference for countless local families.

🚚🛏️KINDNESS DELIVERED🚚🧡

Today, Kind Human 4 Human Kind had the opportunity to support a local family working hard to rebuild stability after experiencing homelessness. They were referred to us by BWROC.

As their household prepares for significant changes and growth, our community came together to help ensure they have some of the basic necessities needed to move forward. To protect the privacy and dignity of those we serve, we do not share identifying details, but we can share the impact your generosity made possible.

This delivery included two twin mattresses, clothing , two pairs of brand-new Nike shoes, two pairs of wireless headphones, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, underwear, socks, household cleaners, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, paper products, silverware, hygiene supplies, sunscreen, bug spray, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, and many other household essentials.

In addition, Harbor Impact provided a large food box to help ensure the family had access to nutritious meals during this transition.

This family is working hard to create a stable future for their children, and we are honored to walk alongside them on that journey. While the challenges they face are significant, so is their determination.

🏡 A Place to Rest 🏡

Kind Human 4 Human Kind delivered a king-size mattress to a Port Huron family, helping ensure they have a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

As requests for assistance continue to increase, we are incredibly grateful for our Kind Crew volunteers who keep showing up, lifting, delivering, organizing, and making the impossible possible. We are also thankful for the Community Foundation of St. Clair County, our community partners, and every donor who helps us turn compassion into action.

We are also grateful for our item donation dropbox partners who make it easier for community members to support our mission year-round. Donations can be dropped off at Boomerangs, Rockstar Rentals, Marysville Car Care, Second Chance Boutique, Change Your Life Rock Shop, Bordertown Jiu Jitsu, Thumbcoast CBD, Sophisticatz Karaoke, Vinckier Foods, The Process, and Port Huron Nutrition. These businesses help make kindness accessible by serving as collection points for the household items, toiletries, bedding, cleaning supplies, and other essentials that help us serve local families in need.

Because of you, families throughout our community are reminded that they are not alone.

❤️ Kindness Delivered ❤️

Kind Human 4 Human Kind was honored to help a Yale family by delivering a full-size mattress, box spring, and bed frame to ensure a community member has a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

This delivery was especially meaningful. The recipient is a special-needs adult whose mother is currently bedridden. Our amazing volunteer, Roseann Mundle, has been helping support this family for quite some time. Through her ongoing kindness and dedication, she learned that the adult son did not have a bed of his own and immediately reached out on the family’s behalf to make sure this need did not go unnoticed.

Because Roseann cared enough to advocate for this family, and because our community continues to come together to help one another, this family now has one less burden to carry. We are incredibly grateful for volunteers like Roseann, whose compassion and selflessness embody the very heart of our mission.

A special thank you to the Marysville family who worked with our organization to provide this bed at a deeply discounted cost. Their generosity helped ensure that this special-needs adult now has a safe, comfortable, and dignified place to sleep.

Kindness found its way to a 70 year old Marine City resident facing health challenges.

Through Kind Human 4 Human Kind’s Direct Delivery Program, we were able to provide much-needed support and a brand new mattress to help make daily life a little easier. When health concerns create additional barriers, even simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

A special thank you to Brian Price and Will for taking the time to personally deliver these items. Your willingness to show up for others and serve our community is deeply appreciated.

We would also like to thank our incredible donor Mattress King, our item donation drop box partners, our dedicated volunteers, and the Community Foundation of St. Clair County for their continued support.

💚🩵Kindness Delivered 💚🩵

Sometimes kindness starts with a simple phone call.

Recently, Kind Human 4 Human Kind received a call from a school social worker regarding a Marine City family facing an urgent crisis. The household was without water and in immediate need of support. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to provide bottled water along with household essentials, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other basic necessities to help ease some of the burden while also connecting the family with available utility assistance resources.

We are continually inspired by the dedication of our educators, school social workers, and support staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to advocate for students and families. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with them whenever possible to help facilitate kindness, dignity, and hope during difficult times.

A special thank you to Brian Price and Will for taking the time to deliver these items directly to the school so they could quickly reach the family in need.

This act of kindness was only possible because of the incredible support of our community. Thank you to our individual donors, the Community Foundation of St. Clair County for their continued investment in our programs, and to our business partners who host item donation drop boxes throughout the community.
